All of our quality products will ship fully assembled unless otherwise noted by customer.

If your HDPE High Density Polyethylene outdoor furniture fails structurally during normal usage within 20 years in residential use/5 years in commercial use, we will repair, or replace the furniture without charge, parts and labor included in most cases. In the case of discontinued styles or colors, we will replace the item with the closest comparable current style.

All warranty periods commence on the date of purchase. Commercial use includes any rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential use. These warranties do not cover the failure of furniture that, in our opinion was caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, improper shipping or handling, or by unreasonably abusive use.

Furniture used in a contract (commercial) setting is not covered unless it is specifically designated for such use. All warranties are to the original purchaser from authorized dealers only.

Warranties are not Transferable. They are for repair, replacement or substitution only, at our sole discretion.
